Reviews & Ratings Policy

Authentic community ratings help prospective tenants make informed housing decisions and reward property owners who provide stellar, restriction-free living experiences.

HOMES by ASB maintains strict standards to ensure all reviews published on our platform reflect real, unfiltered tenant experiences.

• Verified Tenancy: Only users who have booked, stayed at, or completed a verified lease for a listed property may submit ratings and reviews for that home.
• One Review Per Booking: Each completed booking generates a unique feedback window to prevent duplicate or skewed scores.

Reviews will be removed if they contain:

• Profanity, hate speech, discriminatory slurs, or sexually explicit remarks.
• Private personally identifiable information (e.g. personal phone numbers, Aadhaar numbers, private email addresses).
• Coercive or extortionate threats (e.g. demanding illegal discounts in exchange for positive reviews).
• Commercial advertisements or links to external competitive websites.

Property owners have the right to post a public, professional response to any review left on their property listing. Owner responses must remain courteous, factual, and strictly compliant with our Acceptable Use Policy.

If an owner or tenant believes a review violates these guidelines (e.g. contains defamatory falsehoods or was submitted by an unverified third party), they may flag the review for administrative moderation by contacting support@homesbyasb.com.

We strictly prohibit owners or agencies from compensating individuals with cash, gifts, or discounts in exchange for writing fraudulent 5-star ratings. Any property found soliciting fake reviews will be penalized or permanently delisted.
