• Inspect Safety Infrastructure: Check building access control, working locks, fire safety exits, and neighborhood lighting.

• Never transfer booking deposits to unverified personal UPI handles without a written digital lease or booking confirmation on the platform.
• Be cautious of listings advertising rents substantially below market averages demanding instant cash advance.

Your identity files (Aadhaar cards, photos) uploaded to our verification hub are stored in access-restricted cloud vaults and are never exposed publicly to other tenants or random web visitors.
